Returns
Please do not return any items after 14 days of receipt, or you may forfeit the item(s). If you have any queries please contact our customer services on info@melodypants.com.
PLEASE ALLOW ATLEAST 14 WORKING DAYS FOR RETURNS TO BE PROCESSED ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.
We recommend tracked parcel services – we cannot refund items that do not arrive at our warehouse. We want to make returning items as simple as possible.
Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
