We want to help you as fast as possible. It’s important that you contact us as soon as you observe a defect on your item.
Defects shown on your leggings within 2 months from purchase date that is not caused by normal usage, is a claim.
If you haven’t sent us a picture of your item yet – please do, so we can have a closer look.

Yes. Once you place an order you’ll receive an email. This information will update as your order is prepared and eventually shipped. Additionally, you’ll receive email notifications from us providing updates, such as “Your order is on the way”.

We currently don’t offer exchanges. To make our returns process as easy as possible, we only offer refunds.  If you’d like to know how to return your items, check out our Returns page.

IF you are you not 100% satisfied with your product, you’re always welcome to return it to us within 14 days. Fill in the return form and wait for further instructions.

We will process your return as soon as we received it. All refunds will be made to the account you first paid your order with. Allow at least 14-30 days for your return to reach us and to be processed.
